Michael Mumma

Michael Mumma brings a background in real estate finance, brokerage operations, and business leadership to Maxey Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate. As Chief Executive Officer, he focuses on equipping agents to succeed, strengthening client relationships, and building a culture rooted in collaboration and service.

A graduate of Clemson University, Michael began his career at Armada Analytics, where he underwrote more than $1 billion in multifamily lending across the United States, with a particular focus on affordable housing. He later served as Vice President at TD Bank, reviewing and managing a portfolio of real estate-backed loans across small business sectors throughout the Southeast. Michael joined Blackstream as a real estate agent in 2017 and advanced into leadership as Managing Director of its residential division. He was named Chief Operating Officer in 2021 and Chief Executive Officer in 2022. His experience across residential and commercial real estate, property management, and agent development informs his approach to brokerage leadership.
